About Sara

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I would describe my gameplay style as wanting to play as a team with my teammates! I like to move the ball around and always look for the person who is open for the shot.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a very nice, very unselfish, and always having a very good attitude! I love the game of basketball but I never let it get the best of me!

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am involved in our school Beta Club and this upcoming year I am going to be the Treasurer. I also am a member of Fellow Christian Comets (FCC). I have received many different non-sport awards like All-A Honor Roll, Reading, etc.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have learned that having a good relationship with my teammates is a big factor of being able to play well together! Knowing how to have good body language and sharing the ball is one of the number one things we all have to have!

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One significant challenge I have faced was being guarded by two or more girls. They didn't want me to shoot the ball, but I still had a good attitude and tried my hardest.

What type of college are you looking for?

The type of college I'm looking for is where I can play with great teammates who will support each other.
