Being on a very good team can sometimes lead to certain players being overshadowed even if they are an important piece to team success. Sarah is exactly that! She is the bruiser and the anchor for this extremely talented Lone Peak roster. Sarah has proven to be one of the states biggest matchup nightmares because of her ability to create scoring opportunities with her back to the basket as well as her ability to pop out and hit a mid range jump shot as well. At her size being 6’2 with her length makes it hard for the opponent to have a clean look at the hoop for a finish as well as making it hard to find a clear lane to drive in to the basket. Sarah has done her job this season and has been a significant role for this Lone Peak team to go 9-0 and remain undefeated in a very solid reason. Ready to see what Sarah can do in the post season as the knights chase yet another ring!

When you can stay in the paint and patrol when you’re in a zone and if you can get out and play defense out in the perimeter as a big you really change the game. Not only was she defending all over the floor she racked up so many blocks and really took away almost all layup attempts.

Sarah and Shawnee will be an elite duo for Lone Peak this season. With her size and skill set, Sarah may be the most dominant player at her position for this class. She rebounds everything and is constantly a threat in the paint. With her controlling the inside, Lone Peak will be hard to beat this year. She is committed to BYU.

Patience and footwork are the few things that standout right off the bat. Her rebounding ability is next level and the way she can defend pick n’ rolls as well as on switches is impressive and will only get better with time. She moves really well getting to defenders out in the perimeter and to loose balls. Great hands and finishing ability in traffic and players can riffle theball to her and she will catch it.
