I don’t know if there’s a team in the state that could take a kid like Helm off the floor. The Cedarburg guard is an excellent rebounding guard who loves to defend and usually takes the most challenging perimeter assignment. Players like her help teams get extra possessions, which turns potential losses into wins. Her offensive game is mainly getting downhill and finishing at the rim. However, the way Cedarburg played on the offensive end didn’t always allow Helm to let it rip from the three-point line when she was open, but she’s more than capable of doing that.
