Divine Bourrage Divine Bourrage 6'0" | CG Davenport North | 2025 State IA
There isn’t much to say about Bourrage we don’t know already. The thing I do want to highlight about her is the gravity she has both on and off the floor. Each time her Example team played, they drew the largest crowds. People wanted to sew Bourrage, and I’ve seen her plenty of times in the past, but she has an unpredictable nature to her game that makes every time you sit down and watch her an experience. Bourrage has a level of creativity that every kid dreams of having, and when they see someone with that level of quality, they can’t help but watch. Bourrage and her Example Sports group were a joy to watch, and I’m excited to get out to Manheim next weekend and watch them again.
I enjoy watching Helm play because of the effort she plays with in every possession. She’s a kid who doesn’t have to shoot to have a significant hand in how a game plays out. Helm’s one of the most aggressive rebounding guards you’ll find, plays with a motor all the time, and dives on the floor multiple times per game. She enjoys doing everything that doesn’t show up in highlight reels, box scores, or season stat lines. She may not seem like a game-changer, but she is a game-wrecker for everyone she plays against.
Aubryn Clark Aubryn Clark Rhinelander High School | 2027 WI
After playing last season, and presumably more, up an age level, Clark was playing her age level with the 2027s. She looked explosive attacking the basket, and I’ve always loved how powerful she is around the basket. Clark is strong enough to take contact and play through it. That could mean finishing at the basket or taking a bump from a paint defender while driving baseline and still firing a pass to an open shooter from under the basket. There’s plenty to like about her game, and she’s another one who’s barely scratching the surface of the kind of player she could become in three years.
The way Wiczek operates is fun to watch. She’s not necessarily the fastest kid from baseline to baseline, but in short bursts, she can get by any defender you throw in front of her. She has an excellent handle on the ball and is quick enough to lure defenders in and attack the hip they open when trying to take it from her. She wasn’t her best scoring this past weekend, but her ability to create and make things happen was evident. There’s a reason multiple D2s have reached out to her and offered her scholarships already, and I’m sure more of them will have eyes on her this summer. Wiczek will be a productive player at the next level because of her ability to make things happen off the dribble alone, and the rest of what she does makes her even more valuable to programs at the next level.
