This young lady has the heart of a lion.  Despite coming off a knee injury and entering the tournament with limited minutes, Sariyah left everything she had on the floor. She is a relentless on-ball defender with high energy—whether she’s diving for 50/50 balls, jumping passing lanes for steals, or quarterbacking the team from the help position.

While she is still working her way back to 100% physically, her IQ and grit remained on full display. Before the injury, Sariyah was known for her consistent outside shooting; as she regains her strength and rhythm, she will undoubtedly return to the elite, all-around threat that she was. Sariyah is a resilient winner who embraces hard work.
