Campbell has the heart of a champion and is exactly the kind of player that I, as a coach, would want on my team. She is a high-academic student-athlete who is both coachable and tireless, consistently putting in the extra work off the court. What stood out most to me this weekend was her elite resilience. After a challenging Saturday, Campbell didn’t waver; she returned Sunday in “attack mode” and dominated on both ends of the court.
Offensively, she played with great purpose, driving hard to the rim, facilitating the offense with court vision, situational awareness, and knocking down shots from beyond the arc. Defensively, her suffocating on-ball pressure and “grit” plays kept her team in the game. As a scout for Prep Girls Hoops, I look for players who respond to adversity with increased intensity—Campbell did exactly that. She is a fierce competitor with a “never-quit” attitude that will undoubtedly translate to the next level.

Baldwin was another, you guessed it, #sizedontmatter guard who helped boost my adrenaline with her energy and intensity. She brings heat on defense, which helped to create turnovers, but she also attacks the basket strongly to score or dish.
