Savanna is about to be a very exciting addition to a college program. She checks all the boxes needed to be a productive stretch forward in the WHAC and similar conferences. Her strong, muscular build, length, mobility, versatility, and polished fundamental skill set in the paint will make her an impact player at the next level. Savanna carries herself with a calm confidence. One of my favorite qualities that I observed in her character at Madonna Elite Camp is that Savanna acts like she’s been there and done that before. After hitting threes, she moves on to the next play and appears to just be going about her business. Savanna consistently separated herself from start to finish. She maintained good speed on basket cuts and made seamless transfers to finish with her right and left hand at the rim: very natural at making the right reads in ball-screen actions. Savanna has good balance and plays well off two feet. She was one of the most efficient three-point shooters in the gym, hitting many threes off lifts and pops during the ball-screen action and shooting drills. Savanna continued to shoot it well during games, sinking a smooth straightaway three off the dribble and another triple from the slot off the bounce.

Savanna, a forward who already holds an offer from Alma, put together a strong showing at the Alma Elite Camp. During the 5-on-5 action, she attacked the basket with confidence and showed her toughness by finishing through contact. Savanna also displayed her shooting ability by knocking down a three from the wing, while remaining active on the glass throughout the afternoon. Her ability to score through contact, stretch the floor, and rebound gave her several ways to contribute during the 5-on-5 action.

Savannah, a forward for Okemos, delivered a strong, physical performance at Northwood Team Camp, making her presence felt inside the paint on both ends of the floor. She used her strength effectively to carve out space in the post and consistently finished through contact around the basket. Her toughness stood out in the effort category as well, highlighted by a hustle play where she dove on the floor to secure a loose ball and extend a possession for her team. Defensively, Savannah was active and disruptive, coming up with multiple steals and turning defense into offense. Her energy, physicality, and willingness to do the dirty work made her a valuable interior presence throughout the day.

Savanna, a junior post player for Okemos, has quickly become a valuable addition and a welcomed piece to a team that’s showing major improvement from last season. An intriguing talent, she combines the foot speed of a guard with the strength and physicality of a true post, creating matchup problems all over the floor. Offensively, she brings inside-out versatility—comfortable scoring on the block while also stepping out to knock down the three. Her ability to stretch the defense forces opponents to adjust, and she doesn’t hesitate to take advantage of mismatches. Defensively, Savanna’s mobility and strength allow her to guard multiple positions, giving Okemos flexibility and toughness on that end. Her all-around skill set has added a new dimension to the team’s success this year.

Savanna gave MBA UA Rise 2027 a competitive edge with her hustle and hard work inside on day one of our PGH Michigan State Tournament. She competed tooth and nail to deny entry passes into the post, created second chance scoring with her determination on the offensive glass, and cut hard to the basket to earn free throws–buried both with textbook shooting mechanics.

Savanna had a tremendous day for Team 1 at The Expo. Savanna is a forward with guard speed. She works hard on the glass and pulled down many offensive rebounds for put-backs. She had a nice baseline drive and reverse lay-up finish. She has sneaky good hands on defense and finished the day with some huge blocks.

2027-Bowers at the Memorial Day Shootout. Her most impressive qualities were finishing strong in the paint-off two in contested situations. I can see Scarlett’s skills improving every time she plays. She has the speed of a guard and the strength of a post player. At the Main Event, she made several hustle plays that were impressive. Her footwork around the rim has improved significantly since I first saw her play at the Headliners Invitational last fall. If Savanna continues to progress at the same rate, she could become a dominant force by the end of the summer.
