Arnold missed her junior season, transferring from Maynard Jackson to Southwest DeKalb, forced to play JV. Shamaria made up for lost time at GBCA and reminded those in attendance just how impactful her game is. The physical combo-forward put up 12 points, 5 rebounds, 3 steals and 2 blocks in a 42-32 win over Hiram. Arnold carved out space when scoring in the paint and showed finesse with her outside shot. Shamaria is a valuable defender that can guard 3-5.
