About Sidnee

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Lightening fast combo guard who likes to slash and is not afraid to rebound. Can handle the point and like to create for my team as well as myself. I’m an aggressive downhill player with the ability to score from under the basket to three. I attack the rim, draw fouls, and finish strong. Defensively, I’m chest-to-chest with quick feet, locking down on and off the ball.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am very easy going, but a hard worker. I love meeting new people and working on my game.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Student Council, NJHS, Peer Leadership, Volleyball, Track for my middle school.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I enjoy giving back to my community. I think it is good to treat all people with respect no matter their circumstances in life, and I try to lead by example.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Playing Varsity as a Freshman during summer league against many players who are stronger and more experienced and adjusting to the level of play was an adjustment initially.

What type of college are you looking for?

A university with a strong girls basketball program and a coach who will invest in me as I will invest in the program.
