Polk is poised to have possibly the biggest season among all our listed players. She is part of a Slidell team many consider to be a top team, if not the best in the state. Her growth and development are a significant part of those conversations. She is another facilitating guard who understands how to use her team’s weapons effectively. She is an elite finisher around the rim and plays the game with an edge. Calling her a stock riser would be an understatement, but if you haven’t seen her and Slidell is on the schedule, WATCH OUT—there is a hooper coming to town.
