Offensively, she doesn’t need flashy moves to get to her spots—her ability to keep it simple and reach the rim or her mid-range spots within 3–5 dribbles is next level. She excels at getting into her defender’s hip pocket and dictating where she wants to go, which is impressive to watch. Defensively, she is a full-court defender who applies relentless on-ball pressure, forcing ball handlers to pass quickly to avoid a five-second count—or simply wearing them down with her constant havoc. While Sofia has plenty of skills that translate to the next level, it is her gritty, grind-mode mentality that stands out the most.
