Sophia Mejias Sophia Mejias Sophia Mejias 5'4" | PG/SG St. Johns Country Day | 2026 State FL played well on night one of the preseason games.  Mejias showed great skill and leadership on the floor.  She handles the ball well,  passes the ball well, and can knock down the three and short range jumper. Mejias did a good job of running the point, controlling the pace, and getting her team in their proper offensive sets.

Sophia Mejias Sophia Mejias Sophia Mejias 5'4" | PG/SG St. Johns Country Day | 2026 State FL has some ” game” and showed her skillset at the H2 Hoops Fall League. The junior guard can shoot from the three-point line and also has a nice pull-up jumper in the midrange area. Defensively, Mejias uses her speed to stay in front of defenders and also apply pressure against the opposing guards. Mejias gives 100 percent when on the court and she will be a player to watch this upcoming season.
