About Sophie

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I like to be aggressive on defense. On offense, I take what the defense gives me as well as creating opportunities to score in transition.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I want to play college basketball at the highest level. I am focused on training mentally and physically to put myself in a good position to achieve my goals. I'm pretty laid back and love to laugh.

What type of college are you looking for?

I want to attend a college that makes me feel at home. I want to be at a place where I feel valued while also being challenged to be the best I can be. I am still working on what I want to major in.

Konrad was on the attack from the opening minutes and never slowed down. For a freshman, she plays with real poise and an advanced understanding of shot selection. A true three-level scorer, Konrad shot the ball with range, broke defenders down on closeouts, and showed crafty footwork finishing around the basket. A high-upside two-way guard who took what the defense gave her all game long.
