is a skilled guard who impacts the game with her shooting, playmaking, and instincts on both ends.
Burgher is a confident shooter with range and touch, capable of spacing the floor and knocking down shots. She’s also a good passer who sees the floor well.
Defensively, Stella gets deflections and is active both on and off the ball, showing good anticipation and awareness. She’s a solid finisher around the rim and finds ways to make plays whether she has the ball or not.

. Burgher is a solid guard overall with everything she brings to the floor. She has a high upside as a seasoned difference maker whenever she has the ball in her possession but she can also move away from the play, continuing to make a lasting impact. Lincoln Christian has another talented 2029 group coming in this Winter and Burgher is in that conversation. No doubt about it.

Lincoln Christian is going to be looking for production throughout their entire program these next few months as they lose their two main sources of production due to graduation. That’s where

steps up. This is a very tough program to see the varsity floor as a Freshman but it might be possible for Burgher. She comes into Fall at 5’10 and as a CG so her versatility will be there to move around whenever she may need to be. She is mainly going to be considered a CG over her career, with a chance to move to the 2 spot at times. Within this system, prospects learn how to play the game the right way and I think that’s only going to benefit Burgher more in the long run as a competitor.

a few weeks ago because of the Spring season she is putting together with her
Nebraska Attack
UAA team. Burgher has good size for her age, a well rounded skill set as a CG, and she has some versatility overall. Lincoln Christian is coming off of their own State Title as well but unlike Pender, they lose A LOT of their production from last season. That’s going to leave a lot of opportunity for others to step up. They will have seasoned veterans like

but I’m expecting others to be needed to make a lasting impact. Other like Burgher. She has been fantastic this Spring so far and I’m expecting to see more of that this June.

When the time is dwindling down and you need a play to be made, you have to be confident. You have to be willing to live with failure in those moments. You can’t be afraid of it. Someone who did a great job of that this weekend was

out of the 2029 Class. Burgher is someone that always makes an impact on the hardwood with her mixture of size and skill for her age. This weekend was no different. Burgher was making smart plays, using her natural instincts to compete, all while being a shining example for those around her. In one specific contest this weekend, Burgher got a finish at the buzzer to help secure one of her team’s victories. There was about 6 seconds left on the clock for a NE Attack SLOB. The play they drew up broke down, Burgher received the ball and she took it in for a finish at the bucket throughout contact to seal the deal. A nice showing from a promising young prospect with a bright future ahead.

The pick up of the basketball that

hits her opponents with on a down hill drive is aggressive, crafty, and productive. When Burgher gets a first step on her defender, she is very good at getting all the way to the bucket to convert. Throughout her middle school career she has also demonstrated the ability to step out and hit consistent jump shots from both the midrange or behind the three point line, depending where the defense is trying to guard. She also displays this shooting ability off both the catch or off the dribble, making her event more lethal. The powerhouse that is Lincoln Christian is going to lose a lot of production this Winter but they also gain some talented pieces that are sure to help their future. Pieces like Burgher and others from her 2029 Class.

To compete at Lincoln Christian is a tough task. This is a program that is riding a hot steak for the past few seasons now. This Winter, they are dominating in usual fashion and their prospects have the numbers to prove it. Someone who will be joining LC this upcoming Fall is

. Burgher is someone that should catch the attention of the coaches right away. She is a CG, that is a solid competitor with a high motor. There aren’t many times where I watch her compete and see her run out of energy. Most of the time it’s go, go, go. LC is looking like they are going to bring home another State Title this Winter. I’m sure following that they will be excited to load up once again with prospects like Burgher coming in.

has a nice step back pull up going left off the dribble and she is someone that can read her opponent really well on the defensive end. Burgher will eventually end up competing at Lincoln Christian for high school ball and she should be a standout. Their returning roster will obviously play a factor but from what I’ve seen both in person and on film, Burgher checks off a lot of boxes when it comes to if she could compete at the Varsity level right away. I’m sure at this point she is more worried about her 8th grade year ahead but it’s never a bad things to look closely into the future.
