An excellent shooter, PIttenger has been a part of two state tournament teams at Lincoln Christian. PIttenger plays with great energy and is a kid who seemingly never needs to come out the game. She can get it done on both ends of the floor and is excellent in the “catch and shoot” game. For the Crusaders last March, she averaged 9.1 points per game and added 3.0 rebounds, 2.5 steals and 2.0 assists per contest. A volume shooter, Lexi led Lincoln Christian in three-point attempts and was a 34 percent shooter over the season. Older sister, Maci heads to Concordia this season and Lexi has a chance to continue her rise in recruiting over the next two seasons.

Pittenger is a high-energy player who seemingly doesn’t need a break when she plays. She led Christian’s comeback against Pius by hitting three triples in the second quarter including a buzzer beater that cut the lead to 30-24 at the half. Pittenger finished with 12 points, five assists, four rebounds and four steals in the game and has filled the stat sheet all season for the Crusaders. She has averages of 10.5 points, 3.3 steals and 2.1 assists on the season.
