Team motivator, always looking to learn and improve then share knowledge gained.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Volunteered as a youth leader for community basketball camps. I am team captain and motivator. Through my sports journalism program I have interviewed youth and professional basketball players and coaches enabling me to understand their opinion and insight on the game basketball.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

As a freshman I was moved up to the varsity level where I had to take a back seat. I took this time to understand plays and learn from the older girls. I could have stayed on the lower level and started but from the challenge I look forward to starting on varsity moving forward. I learned the system early!!
