Tatum Eberly
About Tatum
Expert Analysis
Brandon Bradley | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
Tatum hasn’t even made it to high school yet, but she is already making an impression on people. She is a tough-nosed, hard-working, end-to-end fast ball of energy. She gets it on an outlet pass or from a rebound and immediately flips the floor. She can attack the basket without fear or bury an open rhythm jumper consistently. She is gritty and feisty defensively, but all in all, she’s always around the ball at both ends of the floor trying to make a play. She could work herself into an immediate Varsity role at Fishers as a Freshman.

is part of a very talented 2030 class across the state of Indiana. She competed against strong competition in Illinois this past weekend and continued to show why she is a name to watch. Eberly does a great job of running the point while also being an efficient scorer, knocking down shots at a high percentage. She plays with a natural leadership quality, showing a strong desire to win every time she steps on the floor.
What stands out most is her ability to control the pace of the game and make smart decisions under pressure. She keeps her teammates involved, reads the floor well, and understands when to look for her own offense. Her confidence as a ball handler allows her to create opportunities for herself and others, while her shooting ability keeps defenses honest. With her competitive mindset and well-rounded skill set, Eberly continues to develop into a player with a very bright future.

Every time I have the chance to watch Tatum play, she shows a new aspect of her game, but one thing is consistent—she is ready to compete from the opening tip. She led her team in scoring, using her quickness early in the game to attack the rim and get to the free-throw line. What sets her apart is not just her ability to score, but how she elevates those around her through her performance and her vocal leadership on the court and in the huddle. Tatum will be a strong addition to the Tigers program next year.
