Tatum was “sharp” sprinting ahead of the pack for seemingly easy layups in transition. Advantageous length maneuvering through defenders to get off shots over players of equal height or taller (nice floater in the lane). Fluid mover with long strides and high energy.

Tatum is known for a versatile, Swiss-Army knife type of game; long, quick and efficient scoring it at multiple levels. I saw a lot of that on display today, including lots of disruption in the passing lanes that gave girls headaches. Something that really stood out today was her footwork in the paint. She has fine-tuned a lot of things, including a pretty step-through and the ability to escape doubles.
