Ellie opened her first tournament going 2-0 and made a strong impact on both ends of the floor. She finished through contact with a soft touch using both hands and played with high energy, including diving for loose balls. She runs the floor well in transition, rebounds at a high level, and consistently helps push the pace for her team.

Majewski continued her impressive rookie season with a game-high 22 points to power eighth-seeded Union Catholic to a 69-48 victory over ninth-seeded Princeton Day. It was the 10th time this winter that the freshman forward scored at least 20 points.

Ellie led the Vikings to their first state tournament win in over 10 years. She scored 22pts, 6steals, 3 boards, 3 blocks and 2 assists. Not to mention, she also scored her 400th point of the season. At 6′ she’s a menace on defense and forces lots of turnovers. She’s fully deserved the title of one of the most impressive players in NJ.
