Very skilled combo guard who can dish and score at a good rate. Overall, just plays with great vision and an attacking mindset. She can find cutters and time passes to get through the defense, and does a great job with her footwork around the paint to get space to drop in shots. Can score inside and out and sees the floor well on both ends.

Taylee is a well rounded guard who can score the ball at a high level. She effectively gets to her spots, being able to score from all 3 levels. She smoothly handles the ball and plays elite defense for her team. She’s headed to Northwest Nazarene University next year.

Taylee is a high energy guard who thrives on both ends of the court. She provides a spark on the defensive side of the ball, being able to defend at an elite level and stay in front of opposing players. Coaches like to say defense leads to offense and for Taylee, she excels in that aspect on the court. Phelps shoots the ball well from deep too, all while being able to attack the bucket and get deep in the paint.

Standing 5’9″, Taylee Phelps Taylee Phelps 5'9" | CG/PG Freeman | 2026 State WA brings a unique blend of athleticism and versatility to the floor. Utilizing her length, she often plays at the top of the zone and takes on ball-handling responsibilities with ease. Phelps has a smooth floater, finishes well around the rim, and scored 46 points in a game against Warden. What sets her apart even further is her defensive intensity — she’s always locked in, tracking the ball and disrupting passing lanes. A true two-way player who affects every possession.

Taylee is a lockdown defender and takes bride in her defense, you can tell by the intensity she brings to the court. She scores well from inside the paint, being able to play off 2 feet when she gets deep in the paint and have a soft touch. She hits three’s well too, being able to let it fly from anywhere beyond the arc. She is set up for a big AAU season.

Taylee is a defensive minded player who wants to guard and compete against the top players on opposing teams. Phelps is a solid shooter from deep but can also use her quick first step to get by defenders and get down-hill in the paint. She uses both hands effectively too, keeping the other team guessing which way she’ll drive.

Bumped up her scoring average last season with a much bigger role. She averaged 19.9 points last season. She contributes in all phases of the game, recording some double doubles, facilitating the break, and getting downhill with speed and control. I think she has even better days to come with her three point shooting, it looks effortless and the shot mechanics are good. She made over 60 last year as it is. She xoes a little bit of everything, must run in the family as her brother Boen Phelps had stat sheet filling ability to say the least.
