Spencer had a good season for the Lady Indians. Taylor averaged 17.6 ppg, 6.7 rebounds and 4.1 steals for the Lady Indians (13-12) this season. Spencer seems most comfortable playing off the ball but does sees plenty of opportunities each night to play on the ball.

She tends to take most of her shots from the perimeter and especially from the 3-point line. Taylor attempted 190 three pointers his season. She logged a lot of minutes every night on the floor and rarely came out of games at times.

Spencer put together a banner season in 2021-22. She played in 19 games and averaged 12.5 points, 5.5 rebounds and 2.8 steals per contest to lead her team to a berth in the 3A playoffs. Spencer has worn the uniform of Carolina Stingrays throughout the travel months of the spring and summer. Defensively, it appears she is always one step ahead of who she is guarding and comes away with plenty of steals. Spencer showcases how confident she is in what she does as a player and gives maximum effort on every play. She can get out of uncomfortable scenarios with her ball handling skills, ensures her teammates stay involved in a game and can be accurate from behind the 3-point line.

Spencer shows up and shows out with the Indians in the western part of Lexington County. Spencer led last season’s team to qualification for the 3A tournament. Spencer has no problems setting herself up behind the 3-point line to drain a triple and stays one step ahead of her opponents as a defender – enabling her to come away with steals. Spencer is adept at dribbling her way out of compromising situations and makes the correct passes to ensure her teammates get involved in the flow of a game. She displays confidence in her abilities and does not give up on a play.
