Bucknell is getting a PG that knows how to control the game. She is an excellent facilitator. She has excellent vision and throws dimes in transition and orchestrates everything in the halfcourt sets. She shows exceptional range on the 3-point shot and she can score inside. A bit undersized that does not stop her from getting shots up inside with the ability to bump and create separation whether it be a straight drive to the rim or on her pull-up or step back. She is a willing defender and will be ready to battle opposing Patriot League PGs.

After a tough 0-2 start to the weekend, NJ Shoreshots HGSL went 2-0 with huge wins over Empire State P24 and Comets GUAA to finish the weekend. Tessa took control in games 3 and 4, running the show and distributing, banging 3-pointers and finishing in the paint. Her composure and ability to rise to the moment was summed up when she hit a baseline floater at the buzzer to knock off Comets GUAA.

Tessa’s work ethic speaks for itself. Total workhorse who keeps her foot on the gas from the first whistle to the last. She was totally unfazed going against a supremely scrappy iExcel squad from The Big Apple. On offense, she turned on the jets and weaved through defenders on her way to the basket. She also moved crisply without the ball, making herself available to receive it and get quality looks. Defensively, Tessa was impressive. Quick instincts and anticipation to get her hands on the ball and snatch the steal.
