Redding had do a lot for a short handed Bishop Snyder square and she did just that impacting the game in every area, but specifically stepping up and leading their efforts on offense. Redding is tall and long and had no problem embracing and going through contact as she attacked the basket relentlessly over the course of the three days. When she got to the line she shot the ball and also showed she is threat to score from three point range knocking down several shots. Redding was active and worked very hard on the defense end and rebounding the basketball for Snyder. She helped incoming freshman Adalyn Jimenez with point guard duties getting her team into offensive sets and helping to break opposing team’s full court pressure. She is a player who has only been taking the game seriously for the last two years and her improvement shows. She is a completely different player than the last time I watched her play.

Her confidence and talent make a strong foundation, and as her game continues to grow, she will emerge as one of the top forwards in the 2028 class.

She tracks the ball well off the rim, uses her strength to carve out position, and shows good timing going after rebounds in traffic. Redding moves like a guard on with the ability to cover ground, pursue loose balls, and compete against athletic front court players. She also shows the tools to become a reliable interior defender while at the same time she also can cover out on the perimeter with her strength and lengthy wing span. With continued development, Redding’s combination of activity, toughness, and athletic upside gives her intriguing potential at the power forward spot.

Redding pulled down 11 rebounds, including 4 on the offensive side of the ball. Redding plays with great energy on both sides of the ball. At this stage of her young career, her defense and ability to rebound in double figures are her greatest assets to her team. Snyder has the scoring down pat with Gaines and Grimes. The Sophomore is impacting the game and showing others that in a team game, the boards are as important as the points and college coaches pay attention to players who can stop the opponent and give their team extra possessions and subsequently extra games.

The young forward/guard had some plays that stood out. Her length and athleticism immediately caught my attention, and the way she hits the boards was impressive. Redding competes throughout the game and that competitive nature will carry her even when points don’t. She has the ability to impact the game in multiple ways.

She rebounded with poise and consistently put her team in position to reset possessions. Redding already looks like an interior anchor on the offense. She showed a lot of toughness in the paint and even with her offensive game in the development stages, she still made enough plays to put pressure on the defense.

Tiara Redding brings size, energy, and versatility. She averaged 9 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 steals as a freshman at Englewood, and now takes her game to Bishop Snyder. Redding is athletic and has good speed. She is relentless and getting to the rim and putting pressure on the defense. She thrives in transition, turning steals and rebounds into fast-break chances, and she embraces battling bigger players on the glass. Redding is a great compliment to Gaines and Grimes and will open up their game even more.

While her overall game is still in the development stages, her athleticism, and ability to get to the rim and score were very impressive. Her defensive ability and physicality are already at a high level. She can cover out on the perimeter and can body up on players on the inside. Redding rebounds well from the guard position and can push the ball up the court after grabbing the rebound. break off of the rebound. and her defensive abilities all stand out. Redding’s upside is off the charts and the young and physical guard has the ability to be special and dominant when it’s all said and done.
