Zakaria “Tink” Brown had a great 2025-26 season, where she earned an all-state selection.

The lefty combo guard was a hard player to stop when she had it going, averaging 25 points per game at one point during non-conference. During a non-conference bout in December against the eventual 2A runner-ups, Sloan-Hendrix, Brown put up 31 points. This game was hosted at Arkansas State University, and she looked very comfortable scoring on a college basketball floor.

Brown is a lot to deal with when she has the ability to create her own shot. She keeps her handle low to the ground, and she is very shifty, getting into the paint without any trouble. She can score through traffic, but you have to respect her outside shot, because she will drain shots off the dribble. Brown keeps her head up at all times, and even in traffic, she is looking for open teammates.
