Za’Miya Bynum Za’Miya Bynum 5'9" | SG Queen's Grant | 2028 State #55 Nation NC is a special kind of talent that’s already been catching the eyes of high major colleges in her short high school career.  Her shiftiness with the ball is fun to watch as she blows by defenders, and she can pull up quickly knocking down her shot from anywhere on the court.  She finds the gaps on defense where she explodes in them to score some points of her own or makes the pass in between defenders hitting her teammates in stride.

Za’Miya Bynum Za’Miya Bynum 5'9" | SG Queen's Grant | 2028 State #55 Nation NC came right out scoring off the jump sliding into the open lane and scoring off the pass.  She’s quick handling the ball like a guard but can even get inside showing off some post moves on the block.  She knew how to make one move to get by her opponents whether she was pulling up for the jumper or making it at the rim.  Her shot blocking was on point during the game making sure her opponents didn’t have an easy basket.

Za’Miya Bynum Za’Miya Bynum 5'9" | SG Queen's Grant | 2028 State #55 Nation NC is definitely a scoring machine being able to score on all levels and certainly putting the shooting in shooting guard.  She has a finesse with the ball that she uses to get to the rim scoring off the glass, or she can pull up for her jumper knocking down her shot from over her opponents.  She definitely plays with a much higher IQ than you’d expect from a young athlete, and I am definitely excited to see how she continues being a superstar in North Carolina.

Bynum is an elite level scorer who moves on the court like a seasoned basketball player. She has an advanced feel for the game and finds ways to display her offensive skill set, whether that be weaving through traffic or pulling up in rhythm. She also shows excellent balance, touch and body control. Her smooth release allows her to score at all three levels, and her composure makes her look more like a seasoned veteran than an underclassman. Bynum is sure to turn many heads going into her Sophomore year at Queens Grant High School.

Za’Miya Bynum Za’Miya Bynum 5'9" | SG Queen's Grant | 2028 State #55 Nation NC is the top guard in this class, and it’d be difficult to find someone who thinks that isn’t a true statement.  She was averaging well over 30 points her freshman season, but that’s not because she just shoots the ball all the time.  She plays smart basketball creating the open looks for herself with her ball handling, and she knows the right time to put up her shot or make the dish to her teammates.  She’s tough on defense, too, especially playing on-ball defense picking the pocket of her opponents.
