About The Program
HCBC provides opportunities for improving basketball abilities of youth; to promote the principles of teamwork, and to teach the individual responsibility of good sportsmanship through participation in competitive basketball. We are located in Hoover, Alabama. We recruit competitive boys and girls basketball players.
