West Bloomfield: Team Preview

The West Bloomfield basketball team is in the process of building a winning tradition with second year head coach Bert Mosley. They are bringing in and developing talent the talent to compete in the tough OAA White. <strong>Head Coach:  </strong>Bert Mosley (3 years at West Bloomfield; 1 year as Head Coach) <strong>2017-2018 Record:  </strong>7-14 "Last year we lost a lot of close games. After a tough season in which they lost a lot of close games, they bring in the talent to avenge many of those defeats from last year. The West Bloomfield roster features several players with the potential to play basketball at the next level. They will be led by <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="126258" first="Mya" last="Bobo"]</strong>, who is a junior guard and one of the most dynamic perimeter players in the state. She is a favorite for All-State accolades. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="27995" first="Lola" last="Chambers"] </strong>is a forward in the class of 2021 who has All-State potential. She is a solid scorer and rebounder. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="138315" first="Logan" last="Lewis"] </strong>is a shooting guard in the class of 2021 who is coming off a big summer where she displayed her All-State potential. While West Bloomfield is led by young stars, the talent is in place to compete for an OAA White conference championship. They will be one of tbe teams at the top of tbe standings at the end of the season. West Bloomfield will be especially dangerous when the post season comes around. The young players will gain valuable experience as the season roles along and should be ready to peak at Districts and Regionals. &nbsp;
