[caption id="attachment_22206" align="alignnone" width="150"] Alexi Hempe[/caption]
Senior Alexi Hempe will attend the University of South Dakota next year and coach Dawn Plitzweit is getting a good one. Alexi knocked down shots consistently from beyond the arc. She has the size and skill to play both inside and out. She was the most impressive attacking in transition where she didn't settle for the lower percentage floater but took the extra dribble to get all the way to the basket past the defender. The way she beats players up the court and blows by defenders shows that she is much faster than she appears to be. She dropped 20 points in the loss to Crestwood.
<span style="text-decoration: underline"><span style="color: #000080"><strong>Rejon Hawkins - 5'9" - Guard</strong></span></span>
[caption id="attachment_22208" align="alignnone" width="150"] Rejon Hawkins[/caption]
The senior Rejon Hawkins led her team with 13 points in the win over Highland School. She did really well navigating through traffic and getting to the basket. She finishes well with contact and has a really good pull up mid range jumper. She has range as well knocking down three pointers in each game. She has a college body and good height for a guard.
<span style="text-decoration: underline"><span style="color: #000080"><strong>Sierra Johnson - 5'8" - Guard</strong></span></span>
Sierra is making a case to be one of the top freshmen in Virginia. She has good size and can take a little contact and finish. She attacks the basket pretty well. She knocked down a three pointer showing some range in the loss against the Canadians but, showed more of her scoring ability in the win against Highland School scoring 10 points.
<span style="text-decoration: underline"><span style="color: #000080"><strong>Grace Pack - 6'2" - Post</strong></span></span>
[caption id="attachment_22209" align="alignnone" width="150"] Grace Pack[/caption]
Grace is another freshman making a name for herself. She is skilled inside and has a nice soft touch around the basket. She has good size and runs the floor well. She is a very good rebounder, doing a lot of the dirty work for the Eagles.
<span style="text-decoration: underline"><span style="color: #000080"><strong>Skye Robinson - 6'2" - Forward</strong></span></span>
[caption id="attachment_22207" align="alignnone" width="150"] Skye Robinson[/caption]
Skye is a good rebounder and has size to play down low. She has some perimeter skill and looked kept improving as the tournament continued. She is strong, using her body well in the paint to create space for rebound put back shots.
