Today we will go over the Division 2A CIFSS teams that we think are the ones to watch in the playoffs forthcoming. These teams we have watched multiple times this year and we are impressed with what type of floor game they play, the coaching they received and how the kids play hard at every waking moment on the floor. Here we go with our favorites in this division that we think can either win a title or make it to the finals. I can say it now, I will be going for my favorite in San Clemente HS over Bishop Amat in the Championship game on Saturday.

San Clemente 41, Burroughs 29
San Clemente came out on top in this game and did so in an orderly fashion, they defended well and also shot the ball well as usual, they score was low, but that is because Burroughs tried to slow up the game and neutralize the running game and the efficiency of the San Clemente offense. They are led by 2020, 6'1, F. Ella Gardiner (24ppg), 2021, 5'11, F, Jessie Blaine (19ppg)
Bishop Amat 66, Peninsula 52
Bishop Amat continued to roll in this game as they did against Oaks Christian the other night, they continued to knock down the three ball and also pressure the opponent all night long. 2020, 5'7, PG, Mia Ross (18.4ppg) and 2020, 5'8, F, Jessica Quinonez (4.0ppg) were on the usual as they should be to advance to the CIFSS 2A Championships. Peninsula put up a good fight in this game, but Bishop Amat was just to tough for them in the contest.
