<strong><span style="font-size: 18pt">Class of 2021: Post Players to Know </span></strong>
<strong>An update of the 2021 rankings is out now!! Take a look at a few of the post players in the class. They are a talented bunch, full of size, skill and potential.</strong>
<b>[player_tooltip player_id="132350" first="Chloe" last="Dallas"] | 6’2 | Wauwatosa East </b>
<span style="font-weight: 400">Lanky post player with crafty moves inside the paint. Dallas runs the floor well and is an offensive rebounding specialist. She uses her body well to grab and put back boards. She led her team in rebounding at 9 per game. This season Dallas averaged 16.6 points per game. Dallas dropped 23 points on three separate occasions. In a win over Brookfield East she scored a season-high 28 points. She understands her positioning on the offensive end. Dallas is also an efficient shot blocker on defense. She holds offers from Cleveland State, IUPUI, Milwaukee, Northern Illinois and North Dakota.</span>
<b>[player_tooltip player_id="132352" first="Paige" last="Hodgson"] | 6’3 | Beaver Dam</b>
<span style="font-weight: 400">Hodgson is an incredibly strong post player who uses her size to go above defenders. She is long on defense and causes multiple turnovers through steals and blocks. She’s a shot blocking machine. She has great footwork and does a nice job fighting for position. This year she’s really developed her handles and will lead the break on offense as well. Hodgson holds offers from Green Bay, North Dakota and Valparaiso.</span>
<b>[player_tooltip player_id="132351" first="Kiersten" last="McNulty"] | 6’3 | Oshkosh West</b>
<span style="font-weight: 400">A combo forward that can go at the rim with the ball or go at the rim as a cutter or second chance player. Good transition finisher. McNulty added an outside shooting stroke to her game, this season. She averaged 11.3 points per game. In a close game against Appleton North, McNulty had a season high 21 points. She’s confident handling the ball and looks to attack from the outside more often. She is an efficient mid range scorer. McNulty is committed to Youngstown State. </span>
<b>[player_tooltip player_id="132362" first="Baluck" last="Deang"] | 6’2 | Edgewood</b>
<span style="font-weight: 400">Deang is a defensive powerhouse. She is tall and lanky in the lane causing many bad shots. This season we’ve watched her turn into an offensive rebounding specialist. She’s quick and can follow a shot to just about anywhere on the floor. She’s relentless, playing every possession until the whistle. This season she averaged 8.8 points and 7 rebounds per game. Deang is incredibly consistent on both ends of the floor, but could easily take over a game any given night. In a win over Stoughton, Deang matched her season-high 19 points. </span>
<b>[player_tooltip player_id="132365" first="Laura" last="Nickel"] | 6’0 | Marshall </b>
<span style="font-weight: 400">Nickel is an absolute rebounding machine. She boxes out well and grabs rebounds on both ends of the floor. She is a threat on the block. She has added an impressive turnaround jumper this season. She averaged 15.6 points and 8.3 rebounds per game. In a win over Waterloo, Nickel scored a season-high 28 points. Nickel creates open shots for her teammates and distributes the ball as well. She averaged 3.3 assists per game. </span>
<b>[player_tooltip player_id="155759" first="Julia" last="Magnuson"] | 6’0 | Mt. Horeb </b>
<span style="font-weight: 400">Magnuson is an athletic post player with high-low abilities. She can shoot the 15 footer- or use her body to back down a player in the paint. She has become an offensive rebounding machine. She’s developed her defensive game this season and seems to be lighter on her feet. She moves well and has impressive footwork on her post defense. In a game against McFarland, Magnuson had a season-high 17 points. </span>
<b>[player_tooltip player_id="155763" first="Claudia" last="Fierias"] | 5’9 | Janesville Craig </b>
<span style="font-weight: 400">An undersized forward who makes up for size with her skill and strength. She’s powerful and composed on offense- she finds her space well. This season she averaged 18.2 points per game for her team. She developed her perimeter shooting this season and made 31 in total. In a win over Madison East, Fierias had a season-high 34 points. She has spacing on defense and runs the floor. She averaged 6.1 rebounds. </span>
