We are getting deeper and deeper into the state tournament and the quality of play is extremely high. Last night the Regional Semifinals tipped off and there were some excellent performances by basketball prospects across the state. We will take a look at some of these players that stood out.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="189279" first="Lexi" last="Boyke"] (Frankenmuth)</strong>
The young star helped Frankenmuth defeat Portland 52-43. She had 20 points in the contest.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="138299" first="Kailee" last="Davis"] (Detroit Renaissance)</strong>
She surpassed the 1000 point mark as her team defeated Farmington Hills Mercy. She had 17 points.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="147744" first="Olivia" last="Dirkse"] (Davison)</strong>
Dirkse was outstanding in a big 54-49 upset of Flint Carman-Ainsworth. She went off, scoring 29 points on the night.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="23755" first="Sophie" last="Dziekan"] (Brighton)</strong>
Dziekan was dominant in a 53-43 win over Plymouth. She had 22 points in the contest.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="2478" first="Gabrielle" last="Elliott"] (Detroit Edison)</strong>
Elliott was doing Elliott things in a win over Dearborn Divine Child. She led her team with 22 points.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="138353" first="Precious" last="Fields"] (Cass Tech)</strong>
Fields continued her stellar season in a 57-55 win against Riverview. She notched a double-double by scoring 21 points and grabbing 12 rebounds.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="28015" first="Mikyah" last="Finley"] (Detroit Renaissance)</strong>
Finley was key in a 56-33 win over Farmington Hills Mercy. She led the team with 23 points.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="147775" first="Kayla" last="Giroux"] (Flat Rock)</strong>
Giroux came up big once again in the state tournament. She had a double-double with 14 points and 15 rebounds.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="189311" first="Sophia" last="Gray"] (Bedford)</strong>
Gray led Bedford to a win over Dearborn. She had 17 points and grabbed 7 rebounds.
<strong>Cam Grant (Macomb Dakota)</strong>
The senior star came up huge last night in a 50-40 win over Utica Ford. She had 23 points, grabbed 20 rebounds, and blocked 7 shots. Grant also scored her 1000th career point.

Hagemann was stellar in a win over Dearborn Divine Child. She had 18 points in the contest.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="175937" first="Krystina" last="Kasson"] (Hackett Catholic Prep)</strong>
Kasson led the way to a hard earned 49-43 victory over Brandywine. She had 21 points and 5 rebounds.
<strong>Jen Maniaci (Lutheran Northwest)</strong>
Maniaci was impressive in a 56-43 defeat of University Liggett. She scored 16 points in the win.

Miller led her team to a 49-36 win over Grand rapids South Christian. She went off for 27 points.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="138301" first="Emaia" last="O’Brien"] (Chandler Park)</strong>
O’Brien led the way in a dominating 86-24 defeat of Detroit Cody. She paced her team with 22 points.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="23748" first="Whitney" last="Sollom"] (Hartland)</strong>
Sollom led the way in a tough 61-52 win over West Bloomfield. She had 19 points and 13 rebounds.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="27971" first="Ella" last="Stemmer"] (Saline)</strong>
Stemmer continued her huge post season in a 51-40 win over Wayne Memorial. Stemmer had 30 points on the night.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="126238" first="Lamariyee" last="Williams"] (East Lansing)</strong>
Williams was key in an impressive 54-33 win against Portage Central. She led the team with 14 points.
