Grassroots Spotlight - Carolina Flames 17U EYBL   The Garner Flames organization is the only Nike EYBL organization in North Carolina, throughout the years program Director: Arne Morris - Has been able to assemble some of the top talent in this region. Can play all 3 perimeter guard positions and score the ball at all 3 levels.
