Class of 2021 Recruiting – South Carolina Unsigned Point Guards

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Class of 2021 Recruiting - South Carolina Unsigned Point Guards</span> &nbsp; <span style="font-weight: 400;">I will be taking a look at some of the available Point Guards in the Palmetto State - These girls should get a look from College coaches and the opportunity to run their teams in the near future.</span> &nbsp; <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="124077" first="Trinity" last="Franklin"] - 5’5” - Greenville High School - Highly skilled guard that has a high IQ and uses it to set up her teammates for easy buckets, she averaged 11.6 Pts - 5.9 Reb - 4.5 Ast - 1.5 Stl during the season. Trinity led her team to a 21 - 7 record and made the SCHSL 4A 3rd round but I know she is looking to finish off her senior year with some hardware in Columbia.  Holds an offer from North Greenville University.</span></li> </ul> &nbsp; <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Janae Whaley - 5’6” - Stall High School - Scoring point guard that can affect the game in so many ways. Janae can really shoot the ball well from the perimeter but also is a dynamite perimeter defender that averaged 5.4 steals per game this year.  The Stall team finished with a 12 - 13 Record and made the 1st Round of the SCHSL State playoffs, she did average 13.3 Pts - 6.3 Reb.</span></li> </ul> &nbsp; <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="171738" first="Jaiha" last="Williams"] 5’7” - Bishop England High School - Coming off the 2019 SCHSL State Championship this program put together a very successful year finishing 19 - 8 overall, also going 10 - 0 in Region. Jaiha is a do it all Point Guard that averaged 9.9 Pts - 4.0 Ast - 4.8 Reb - 3.4 Stl, before going out in the 3rd round of the SCHSL 3A State Playoffs. I expect Jaiha to be more aggressive on the offensive side during her senior year.</span></li> </ul> &nbsp; <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Najah Gilliam - 5’5” - Byrnes High School - Dynamic guard that has been able to run this team very well over the last few years and keep them in contention for the State Championship. Najah averaged 10.9 Pts - 3.3 Reb - 1.4 Stl - In leading her team to a 21 - 6 Record and the 3rd Round of the SCHSL 5A Playoffs, they come back next year with another strong team and look to end the season in Columbia at Championship weekend.</span></li> </ul> &nbsp; <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Mariah Mitchem - 5’6” - Ridge View High School - Athletic point guard that really knows how to run this team, they were a couple of plays away from the Upper state Championship game. Mariah averaged 7.4 Pts - 3.8 Ast - 3.9 Reb - 2.6 Stl - In leading her team to a 21 - 8 record and the 3rd round of the SCHSL 4A State Playoffs. I am expecting a big senior year from Mariah, she should score the ball a lot more.</span></li> </ul>
