With leading scorer and rebounder Kaylin Lack back, East Union looks to build upon a six-win campaign last season. Lack posted 14 points and almost seven rebounds per game, shooting over 42 percent from the field. Joining the junior will be senior Grace Nixon, who recorded a team-leading 58 assists. Sophomore [player_tooltip player_id="63044" first="Noelle" last="McKnight"] has proven herself a true deep threat, sinking 29 three-pointers last year. Junior Mallory Rainey had 134 rebounds with junior Karah Kirkland adding 115 with 25 steals.

Four starters have moved on for Easton Valley, which recorded its fifth consecutive season of double-digit victories last winter. Senior Sydney McNeil returns to lead the River Hawks after posting 213 points, 109 rebounds, 24 steals and 17 assists last year. She shot almost 40 percent from the field and knocked down nine three-pointers. A handful of others who saw the varsity court are also back including Rissa Yaddof, Renee Hartung, Paige Thines, Liviah Johnson and Maddi Klemme.

Returning starters Rylee German and Emalee Davis will be leaders for Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont this winter. Davis scored 175 points with 145 rebounds, 42 assists, 45 steals and 13 blocks, with German adding 146 points, 129 rebounds, 26 blocks, 19 assists and 19 steals. Lillie Hynick and Whitney Klyn will likely slide into a starting roles to help replace what the Rockets lost due to graduation. Several others saw between six and nine games of action.
