[player_tooltip player_id="124971" first="Abby" last="Augustine"], 5’9", PG, Blue Valley Southwest, 2021 -- Above all Augustine showed strength defending on the perimeter, including boxing out; shooting the three; transition speed; and consistent movement without the ball.
Addison Denney, 5’8", W, Wamego, 2023 -- Good length for her size, Denney was active; athletic; and ran the floor well.
[player_tooltip player_id="93997" first="Grace" last="Dixon"], 6’1", C/PF, Manhattan, 2022 -- I will say right now that with a little improvement in the speed, lateral quickness, elevation, and hands departments Dixon will be a bigger nightmare to handle than she already is. Dixon solidly built, long, and plays hard. Of all the posts at the Expo she had the most success on both ends of the floor against 2021 #2 ranked, Colorado University - Boulder bound center [player_tooltip player_id="47064" first="Kennedy" last="Taylor"] due to her length and her strength. She showed solid smarts to gain position defensively and on the rebound. With the ball she has face-up and back-to-basket abilities.
Amani Lipscomb, 5’1", PG, Andover, 2024 -- Lipscomb showed off her ability to use body position and her quick hands and feet to pick drivers on their basket attacks both in transition and in the half court.

Making use of a quick first step and solid handles she made life rough for defenders as she could get by similar sized opponents and easily score over smaller ones. High IQ, she made effective use of high ball screens to also create her own perimeter shot.
Lawson Shaffer, 5’7", SG, Trinity Academy, 2021 -- Shaffer hustled and moved well without the ball. A perimeter threat, she showed shiftiness on the perimeter with a good up fake and side step to create an uncontested three that caught nothing but net.
[player_tooltip player_id="197235" first="Camryn" last="Smith"], 5’8", CG, Shawnee Mission South, 2024 -- Smith is a strong all-around player. Among the things she showed was an ability to deny the ball to the quicker guards, use a behind-the-back dribble with speed to blow by defenders in transition, box and weak side rebound, and finish physically and athletically.

[player_tooltip player_id="123467" first="Evelyn" last="Vazquez"], 5’5", PG, Piper -- Vazquez was one of two members of the team to be named to the All-Kansas Top 250 Expo Team. She was a standout with her physical, quick, defensive play as well as with her handles, scoring and speed. Faster with the ball than most players were without it, she had substantial success in the transition game.
Destiny Yates, 5’5", PG, Manhattan, 2023 -- The quick, very fast, and athletic Yates can score from behind the arc as well as off the bounce. She also showed some interior game with a terrific up-and-under move. Yates deflected a lot of passes.
[player_tooltip player_id="163844" first="Elle" last="Zars"], 5’9", W/SF, Mill Valley, 2021 -- With a solid build, Zars hustled and competed on both ends of the floor. Very much a team player she consistently made good entry passes and boxed out on shots. She took quality shots but at times passes up shots to create for others. A high IQ player, an extra lateral step will help her defensively.
