Kiara Croskey Kiara Croskey 5'6" | PG Sumter | 2024 State SC – Sumter HS
Croskey was on top of her game today for the Lady Gamecocks. Croskey really excels in the transition game getting the ball to the basket. Croskey plays the game with so much poise and maturity on the floor. Croskey plays very under control and has no problems splitting the defenders time after time. Croskey keeps the ball on a string and rarely turns it over.
Anna Reese Pratt Anna Reese Pratt 6'4" | C Socastee | 2024 State SC – Socastee HS
Reese Pratt started off slow in the her first game of the season for the Lady Braves. Reese Pratt really picked up her play in the 2nd half finishing around the cup on a regular basis. Reese Pratt has good hands and a soft touch plays best from 4 feet in from the cup.
Samira Khalil Samira Khalil 5'8" | CG Hammond | 2024 State SC – River Bluff HS
Khalil is quite crafty with her skills on the floor for the Lady Gators. Khalil has a quick shot release and has the ability to recognize defenses. Khalil felt very comfortable playing both guard positions in the backcourt. Khalil took high percentage shots and never seemed to force any bad shots. Khalil was able to score the ball from 3 point range and was able to hit on some pull-up jumpers in transition.
Tamya Hutchinson Tamya Hutchinson 5'4" | PG Hilton Head Christian | 2024 State SC – Estill HS
Hutchinson has already scored 1,000 points entering her freshman season for the Lady Fighting Gators. Hutchinson really likes to leak out in transition and pickup baskets. Hutchinson can really cause havoc on the defensive end of the floor picking up several steals. Hutchinson helped the Fighting Gators go (2-1) this weekend at the Zaxby’s Tip Off Classic. Hutchinson feels most comfortable attacking the basket.
Kadejah Smoak Kadejah Smoak 5'8" | SF Hampton County | 2024 SC – Estill HS
Smoak made quite a good first impression on me here today over in Summerton. Smoak has a great nose for the ball and always around to make a play in a timely fashion. Smoak has good length and was able to connect on short corner jumpers.
