<strong><em>A number of Florida's top 2021 girls prospects have made early decisions on where they will be attending college. We are approaching one week to the fall signing period, and many of the uncommitted 2021 prospects are making their decision as to where they will attend college next year and continue to play basketball collegiately. Here are some of the recent verbal commitments. </em></strong>

Aronsky has been the floor general for 3 consecutive state championships for American Heritage. She announced her commitment to Emory University in Georgia November 1<sup>st</sup> via Twitter. The high academic point guard is an extension of the coach on the floor who is a pass first point guard who sets up the team's offense and gets the ball to teammates in scoring positions. She has a high basketball IQ, good court vision, and will knock down the open 3 when left open.

What is a way to verify that someone enjoyed their experience academically and athletically in college? How about when your younger sister accepts a scholarship offer to the same school that you are wrapping up your eligibility. The 5'6 guard will follow in her sisters foot steps and suit it up for Furman next season. Obviously older sister Jarya has had a positive experience at Furman playing for Head Coach Jackie Carson as it will be 8 straight years with an Outten in the back court in Greenville, SC. The younger Outten has had a solid prep career playing at Fort Myers HS and as a member of both Florida Future and Team Knight. She is a an athletic, gritty combo guard who has solid handle, is a good on ball defender, and brings consistent effort. She has a good midrange jump shot, has a quick first step, and can finish well at the rim.

The 5'10 perimeter player committed to the Sailfish in late September. Head Coach Manisha Redus is getting a skilled perimeter player with a high IQ, excellent court vision, and great shooting ability. She has great size and range several feet beyond the 3 point line.

Mentor was a solid contributor for Cardinal Newman last year averaging 8 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 steals per game in the 2019-20 season including a breakout 18 point performance vs St John Paul II Academy going 8/14 from the field. She is an athletic perimeter player who plays with a ton of energy and is a great teammate.

The left-handed 5'8 combo guard committed to Missouri S&T this week. The two-sport athlete (also is a standout flag football player) is a strong defender with good hands and a very good rebounder from the guard position. She is an aggressive penetrator that gets to the rim and gets to the FT line. She led her HS squad to a 20-8 record last season averaging 15.4 PPG and leading the team in rebounding at 7.6 RPG. She is a quick, strong athlete that plays hard.

Zeitlin announced her commitment to Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA this week via Twitter. The 5'6 scrappy combo guard from Boca Raton is a knock down catch and shoot shooter. She plays hard on both ends of the floor with her defensive intensity and effort really standing out. She is fun to watch as she really lays it on the line every time she plays and is an unselfish teammate who plays with a ton of energy and plays with a consistent effort and competitiveness. Coach David Saur is getting a solid player who should be a 4-year contributor to Chatham University Women's Basketball on the court and an active member of their University community and a great academic student.
