The Florida showcase literally put on a full-court press with a full gym, full energy, and a full house of talent who were ready to make an impression. With college coaches in the building and grassroots season getting ready to kick off, players approached the showcase with a purpose and a mission. In this Full Court Press, we run baseline to baseline with quick hits on the names that left their impression across the floor.

Ameera Kone' was in the building playing her game and showcasing her versatility. Fresh off of a state championship, the shooting guard/ small forward spent a lot of time scoring on the inside against physical play. That detail speaks to Kone's ability to adapt to multiple styles of play. Meanwhile, Ameera's baby sister, Jada Kone (2031) was slowly stealing the show with her mature game, well beyond her 7th grade peers. Her length and ability to score were impressive, but her basketball IQ and understanding of situational basketball were "off the chain crazy."

[player_tooltip player_id='1249017' first='Angelina' last='Laudicina'] was in the building, fresh off of a final four appearance in Class 3A. The Freshman shooting guard was in her wheelhouse throughout the day, driving to the rim and also shooting the three-point shot. Laudicina shot the three well and also showed some nice drives to the rim.

[player_tooltip player_id='741734' first='Sienna' last='Williams'] used the FL/GA showcase to get that three ball rollig and showcase her skillset. Mission accomplished - Williams reportedly connected on 6 three-pointers. throughout the day. Williams has a very good understanding of spacing, ball movement, and creating quality shots for herself along with her teammates.

[player_tooltip player_id='1235125' first='Tyaiwana' last='Ousley'] (above in Orange jersey) was another standout on at the showcase. Ousley got to the rim and scored, was very active on the court, and used her length to be disruptive on the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='873419' first='Gianna' last='Conklin-Jones'] sat down and discussed her standout performance in the State Championships two weeks ago. The charismatic guard got up and down the floor, displaying quickness and speed, and very good ball handling. Gigi can shoot the three and get the ball to the rim to score. Her ability to defend 94 feet is also impressive. Gigi plays smothering defense on the ball and gives opposing guards no space to maneuver. She also is savvy in the passing lanes and baits the opponent into turning the ball over.

[player_tooltip player_id='1246935' first='Devyn' last='Godfrey'] was another impressive sophomore at the showcase. Her athleticism and length really stood out on the floor. Godfrey ran the floor well and also advanced the ball vertically on fastbreaks after securing the rebound. Defensively, Dodfrey defended bigs in the paint and also covered point guards out in space.

[player_tooltip player_id='1151383' first='Ruby' last='Patterson'] shot the three-ball with great confidence, but that's nothing new. At the showcase, Patterson shot the ball in transition and in set offenses. Patterson knows how to get to her spots on the floor and does a good job of presenting herself open and shooting off the dribble or catch.

[player_tooltip player_id='1236887' first='Autumn' last='Shackleton'] caught my eye on the floor. Presently in 8th grade, Shackleton has great length (6ft ), can run the floor, plays in the flow of the offense, and looks to contribute on defense, rebounds, and scoring when she gets it close to the rim.

[player_tooltip player_id='996776' first='Sage' last='Pytel'] looked sharp on the floor, playing with great energy and a noticeable bounce in her step. She handled the ball well, showing shiftiness off the dribble and control in tight spaces. Pytel also delivered a nice pass out of the pick-and-roll and showed explosiveness and touch with a turnaround jumper in the middle of the paint. With her ability to create and get to the rim, she consistently put pressure on the defense.

[player_tooltip player_id='1277791' first='Ma'Hailey' last='Cambronne'] was impressive at the showcase, displaying composure and awareness that stood out for a freshman. She competes at a high level, willing to dive on the floor and do the little things to secure possessions. Offensively, her jumper is fluid and on line, and she runs the floor well in transition. Defensively, she brings consistent effort and activity. Cambronne's combination of athleticism, poise, and fire makes her a strong presence on the floor. She will be fun to watch over the travel season.
