[player_tooltip player_id="158525" first="Sage" last="Kramer"] has made huge strides within the last months as an involved and skilled forward with an immense motor out on the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id="158515" first="Charlotte" last="Richman"] 2022 5’7" SG Clutch Cardinal/Wilson HS - </strong>Charlotte is a refined floor general who can truly do it all out on the floor. She is a three-level scorer who can drill a 25-footer out of nowhere as well as sink some challenging shots in the mid-post level. A distinguished leader out on the floor who gets the job done with a lot of confidence and flair. Superb facilitator who plays at a consistent motor and pace. </span>

[player_tooltip player_id="207816" first="Brooklyn" last="Strandy"] 2022 6’0" SG West Albany HS</strong> - the uber athletic guard from West Albany is a suave scorer who can score from any position on the court, as she is an efficient and savvy player who has a high IQ on offense. She translates energy from her knees exceptionally well and has a number of moves inside the paint. Big guard who was big upside thanks to her superior awareness and ability.</span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>18. [player_tooltip player_id="158538" first="Sofia" last="Bell"] 2023 6’0" SG NW Stars/St Mary’s Academy</strong> - The first player from the 2023 class to make this list is the St Mary’s Academy star - as she is already on national radars for her competitive demeanor which is matched by her all-around skills on the floor. Very aggressive player who plays uphill and is very much so a two-way player on the court. Does it all - defends, rebounds, facilitates, and scores.</span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>19. [player_tooltip player_id="158493" first="Olivia" last="Rudolph"] 2021 6’2" PF West Salem HS</strong> - light on her feet but also strong as an ox is Rudolph from West Salem, as she combines a variety of skills that are needed at the forward spot. Adept passer, aware of surroundings, and scores very easily in the paint. Olivia is a rare blend of forward who is extremely productive as a nightly double double threat.</span>

[player_tooltip player_id="158525" first="Sage" last="Kramer"] 2022 6’0" SG Oregon Elite Navy/Philomath HS</strong> - the hidden gem from Philomath is no longer a secret - having played with NW Stars and Oregon Elite over the last few months and given a fair introduction to the basketball world. A very steady and intricate player in the way she does the simple things at such a high pace and rate. Fundamentally sound but does it with flair with the high motor she plays with.</span>
