Tori Briggs (2024, 5-5, Point Guard, Fowlerville High School)
Briggs is about to embark on an exciting 4 year high school basketball career. She has the perfect skill set to step in and be an elite floor general. Briggs has excellent handles and is as quick as they come, with or without the ball in her hands. She is an elite passer, in both making the correct pass and the accuracy with which she delivers the ball. Briggs has a very keen understanding of the game, especially considering that she’s a freshman.
Reagan Byrd (2024, Point Guard, Carrollton)
Byrd has a chance at making some noise during her freshman campaign. The tools are definitely there for her to be a big time asset for the next 4 years. Most importantly, she’s a 2 way player that takes a lot of pride in her work defensively. Byrd will bring a lot of instant energy to the lineup whenever she enters the game. She’s a shifty player that makes life difficult for her opponent. Byrd is quick with the ball and sees the floor well, allowing her to find teammates in scoring positions.
Jenna Winowiecki (2024, Guard / Forward, Grosse Pointe North)
Winowiecki is the type of player that can contribute immediately. She’s a strong and intense wing. She doesn’t just rebound, but she tears the ball down. Winowiecki has a really nice mid range games, complete with baseline and mid lane floaters. She seems to read the defense and take what’s available to her. Winowiecki certainly has 3 point range on her jumper as well.
