1. Lake Highland Prep (8-0)
LHP picked up a nice win in their first game at the United Bank Holiday Invitational at Myrtle Beach. They played a tight contest with a North Carolina team, but used a big fourth quarter to pull away. They’ll have at least two more games this week against high level opponents in this UBHI event.

4. Blanche Ely (0-0)

7. Plant (10-0) Up 1 spot
The Panthers are another team who lost out on some marquee matchups from this weekend. They picked up two games that resulted in two easy wins. [player_tooltip player_id="91489" first="Kendal" last="Cheesman"] did her thing this weekend with 25 points (5 for 5 from deep), 5 steals, 5 assists, and 4 rebounds against OCP. [player_tooltip player_id="145094" first="Nyla" last="Jean"] also put together a nice line of 15 points, 4 steals, and 4 assists. Against The Villages, Nyla led the way with 21 points on 9 for 10 shooting, and Kendal contributed all around with 16 points and 12 boards. This is one of the toughest duos in the state, but they also have a very strong supporting cast. They will need both of these two to continue showing out as they are in a tough bracket at the Tampa Bay Christmas Invitational.
