Prep Girls Hoops Missouri takes a look at some of the big milestones that were recently reached by our talented players from around the state.
*Class of 2021 guard [player_tooltip player_id="106890" first="Lacy" last="Stokes"] of Mt. Vernon scored her 2,000th career point in the Mountaineers’ victory over Cassville in the Class 4, District 12 tournament.
*Class of 2021 guard [player_tooltip player_id="108032" first="Cierra" last="Smith"] of Grandview became the school’s career leading scorer while also leading her team to a district championship. She currently has 1,576 points.
*Class of 2023 guard Myra Class of Tipton scored her 1,000th career point on February 27 in a victory over Linn in the district tournament.
*Class of 2021 [player_tooltip player_id="168021" first="Sydney" last="Booker"] of Steelville became the school’s career scoring leader in the Cardinals’ victory over Miller in the Class 3 state quarterfinals last Saturday.
*Class of 2021 Alyssa Church and 2022 Naomi Perkins of Steelville both scored their 1,000th career points in the Cardinals’ victory over Miller in the Class 3 state quarterfinals last Saturday.
*Class of 2021 guard [player_tooltip player_id="106865" first="Hannah" last="Nilges"] of Jefferson City scored her 1,000th career point in the Jays’ victory over Hickman in the district championship game last week.
