The number of players comprising Kansas’ class of 2022 rankings blasted through the double century mark with the update, March 15 release. 21 players joined the list, bringing the total to 219. Listed below are the top 10 of the new additions in rank order.

She jumps to and elevates well on rebounds. Rumford also makes effective use of power dribbles and post moves to create shots.</span>
[player_tooltip player_id="260017" first="Kirsten" last="Evans"], 5’8", PG, Ottawa - A <span data-sheets-formula-bar-text-style="font-size:13px;color:#000000;font-weight:normal;text-decoration:none;font-family:’Verdana’;font-style:normal;text-decoration-skip-ink:none;">2021 Frontier League honorable mention, </span>Evans enters the rankings at <strong>#144</strong>. <span data-sheets-formula-bar-text-style="font-size:13px;color:#000000;font-weight:normal;text-decoration:none;font-family:’Verdana’;font-style:normal;text-decoration-skip-ink:none;">The Ottawa floor leader changes directions on the turnover as quickly as anyone. Using a quick first step and strong handles, she gets to the basket with confidence and is a consistent force on both ends of the floor. She lead the team in rebounds and assists for the second year. She improved her points per game to 6.9 from 5.7 a year ago.

[player_tooltip player_id="260013" first="Amber" last="Latta"], 5’5", PG, Scott City - Joining the ranks at <strong>#146</strong>, Latta came into the 2021 season as a highly experienced, r<span data-sheets-formula-bar-text-style="font-size:13px;color:#000000;font-weight:normal;text-decoration:none;font-family:’Verdana’;font-style:normal;text-decoration-skip-ink:none;">eturning starter from Scott’s 2020 3A state tournament team. She is a runs the show type on the point who also looks to score when the team needs a hoop. She has quick hands and can finish with either hand against contact. Latta is also a a perimeter threat off the catch, the dribble, or by jump shooting. She earned second team Great West Activities Conference honors.</span>
[player_tooltip player_id="260015" first="Natalie" last="Rolfs"], 5’4", PG, Ellsworth - Rolfs earned all-league North Central Activities Association this season. <span data-sheets-formula-bar-text-style="font-size:13px;color:#000000;font-weight:normal;text-decoration:none;font-family:’Verdana’;font-style:normal;text-decoration-skip-ink:none;">Rolfs is savvy enough to dribble out of trouble on the block and will challenge the ball on the perimeter by being nearly in her opponents shoes. She has solid handles, quick hands, and is a solid threat behind the arc and shoots well from the free throw line. She joins the ranks at <strong>#147</strong>.</span>
[player_tooltip player_id="260045" first="Brynn" last="Grosdidier"], 5’9", W, Blue Valley Northwest - Grosdidier enters the rankings at <strong>#155</strong>. Able to play some PG, she boxes and rebounds well and is a three point threat. Grosdider averaged 2.13 points and 2.13 rebounds on a deep team.
[player_tooltip player_id="260065" first="Landry" last="Stewart"], 5’8", W, Salina Central - Stewart, a rangy shooter, joins the rankings at <strong>#156</strong>. She has step back and jump shooting abilities from beyond the arc and good transition speed. She averaged <span data-sheets-formula-bar-text-style="font-size:13px;color:#000000;font-weight:normal;text-decoration:none;font-family:’Verdana’;font-style:normal;text-decoration-skip-ink:none;">6.4 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 2 assists. Stewart knocked down 23 three point shots at a 34% clip.

[player_tooltip player_id="260047" first="Carly" last="Stuke"], 5’8", SF, Hayden - Stuke was a returning starter to this year’s team and ended the year as a Centennial League second team selection. A perimeter shooter with deep range and a quick release, she can also finish at speed against contact. On the other end she is a aggressive half court defender. She comes into the rankings at <strong>#157</strong>.

With good quickness and transition speed, she is a good three-ball and free throw shooter, and has solid up-the-floor vision and decision-making abilities.

[player_tooltip player_id="260026" first="Alexa" last="Davison"], 5’6", SG, Maize South - Davison will be one to watch develop. She can bury the corner three and she elevates well on her jumpers and on rebounds. Davison joins the rankings at <strong>#167</strong>.
[player_tooltip player_id="260148" first="Addie" last="Groh"], 6’0", PF, Campus - #174. <span data-sheets-formula-bar-text-style="font-size:13px;color:#000000;font-weight:normal;text-decoration:none;font-family:’Verdana’;font-style:normal;text-decoration-skip-ink:none;">The lanky Groh enters the rankings at <strong>#174</strong>. While not a dominating presence, her wing span and hard work enables her to take up space inside on both ends of the floor, affecting drives and shots. Groh hustles in transition and competes well on the glass.</span>
