<span data-preserver-spaces="true">There are always top performers in every state throughout the high school season especially in West Virginia. Listed below are the top eight girls from class “AAAA” who had the best seasons.</span>
<strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true">[player_tooltip player_id="153323" first="Kalissa" last="Lacy"] - George Washington - 2021 - Guard</span></strong>
<span data-preserver-spaces="true">Morehead State signee, [player_tooltip player_id="153323" first="Kalissa" last="Lacy"] ended her career at George Washington with the best postseason run in her four years. Lacy averaged 23.1 points per game and led the Patriots to a very successful season.</span>
<strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true">[player_tooltip player_id="153321" first="Kaitlyn" last="Ammons"] - Morgantown - 2021 - Forward</span></strong>
<span data-preserver-spaces="true">Morgantown’s inside game and high percentage shooting comes from senior forward [player_tooltip player_id="153321" first="Kaitlyn" last="Ammons"]. Ammons averaged 17 points and 8 rebounds per contest on 62% shooting. Ammons hit 1,000 points and had over 500 rebounds with the Mohigans. She will continue her basketball at DePaul.</span>
<strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true">[player_tooltip player_id="153371" first="Dionna" last="Gray"] - Huntington - 2022 - Guard</span></strong>
<span data-preserver-spaces="true">Leading Huntington to the class “AAA” State Championship was junior standout, [player_tooltip player_id="153371" first="Dionna" last="Gray"]. Gray averaged 18 points, 8 assists, 6 rebounds, and 6 steals per game. Gray is one of the toughest defenders in the state and has a quickness like no other. Gray has received multiple Division 1 offers. </span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true"> </span></strong>
<strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true">[player_tooltip player_id="153335" first="Autumn" last="Lewis"] - Cabell Midland - 2021 - Forward</span></strong>
<span data-preserver-spaces="true">Cabell Midland’s secret scorer and senior leader [player_tooltip player_id="153335" first="Autumn" last="Lewis"] had a successful senior campaign. Lewis averaged 21 points, 11 rebounds, and 4 assists per game. Lewis has signed to continue playing at Alderson Broaddus.</span>
<strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true">[player_tooltip player_id="153336" first="Lindsey" last="Garrison"] - Wheeling Park - 2021 - Guard</span></strong>
<span data-preserver-spaces="true">Wheeling Park’s sharpshooter [player_tooltip player_id="153336" first="Lindsey" last="Garrison"] had her best season yet. Garrison averaged 19.2 points per game. She hit 12 threes in a single game this season as well. Garrison will play basketball at Bethany College.</span>
<strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true">[player_tooltip player_id="153337" first="Bella" last="Abernathy"] - Wheeling Park - 2021 - Forward</span></strong>
<span data-preserver-spaces="true">[player_tooltip player_id="153337" first="Bella" last="Abernathy"] is Wheeling Park’s inside game. The senior presence has great size and uses her body to move defenders down low. Abernathy averaged 18.5 points and 8 rebounds per game.</span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true"> </span></strong>
<strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true">[player_tooltip player_id="153415" first="Gabby" last="Reep"] - Bridgeport - 2023 - Guard</span></strong>
<span data-preserver-spaces="true">Bridgeport struggled this season compared to last season where they presented more depth. However, sophomore guard [player_tooltip player_id="153415" first="Gabby" last="Reep"] still had a great season. Reep averaged 19.5 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 4.2 assists per game. Reep will look to help guide this Bridgeport team back to the State Tournament next season.</span>
<strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true">[player_tooltip player_id="153341" first="Jamara" last="Walton"] - Woodrow Wilson - 2021 - Forward</span></strong>
<span data-preserver-spaces="true">Woodrow Wilson’s [player_tooltip player_id="153341" first="Jamara" last="Walton"] helped the Flying Eagles out in big ways this season. Walton averaged 14.2 points and 8 rebounds per game as she helped lead Woodrow Wilson back to the State Tournament.</span>
