I attended the games on Saturday at the Sport One Fieldhouse in Fort Wayne, and had a chance to see several of the teams in action. While I did not see everyone in action, I can mention some of the ones I got a chance to see who caught my eye. Reminder, I did not see everyone play.

Loved the way she was in command the whole time she was on the floor. Played with inspiration and loves to push the ball north-south in transition. Very athletic and quick with the ball, she is also a very good passer and handles the ball under pressure well. Just an electric player who showed good body control and showed good on-ball defense. Loves to create shots. (Feature photo above)

One of the things I liked about her is her ability to be a good floor general for her team. She has very solid and quick handles and has a good swag to her game, with the confidence to take over the game while keeping everyone engaged. Able to get to the rim with a strong move past the defender, and can finish well. A shifty point guard who is able to defend well and create turnovers.

An Ohio player I am familiar with, I was impressed with how poised she was on the floor. Plays on a high school team with several key players, but on this talented team, she gets to showcase her skills more on the offensive side of the ball. One of the things I liked the most was her aggressiveness with the ball, able to get by her defender and finish at the rim. She also has good handles and can handle pressure. She has good court IQ.

A point guard under control, and it seemed like she got stronger as the game progressed. She is a guard with handles and she sees the floor well. She does a good job finding her teammates and setting them up with a good chance to score. She changes direction well and is able to control the tempo of the game. Solid perimeter threat.
Ladasia Carter, 5-3 2024, Cincinnati Lady Tigers
She showcased her shall stature but solid skills as she played very efficient on-ball defense, pressuring her opponent and has very active hands. Good handles and she moved well without the ball. Showed some promise from the perimeter, and uses her athleticism well to finish on the break. Able to push the ball to the rim and score.
