Abby Cox - Oakes - (5’5/SG/2022) - Cox is a true defensive pest. She has good footwork in sliding over in front of offensive players and has her hands on almost every loose ball. She has good speed to keep up with quick guards and above-average court awareness to know where her man and ball are at all times. Cox averaged 7.9 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2 steals last year. She looks to improve those stats for her Senior year. [player_tooltip player_id="278882" first="Kali" last="Norton"] - Ellendale - (5’5/PG/2024) - Kali had a solid freshman campaign. She was a real firecracker for the Cardinals offensively and defensively. Norton averaged nearly 8 points, 3 rebounds and 2 steals a game. Norton is a lightning-fast guard that blows by defenders with ease in the full court. If she can develop a consistent mid-range shot and finish strong around the rim she can be a huge asset to the Cardinals come next year. [player_tooltip player_id="208166" first="Ellie" last="Rieger"] - Lisbon - (5’10/PF/2022) - Ellie is coming off a solid Junior year in averaging nearly 8 points 5 rebounds a game. She’s a real workhorse in crashing for offensive and defensive boards hard which caters to most of her points in the paint. She has nice footwork down low when defending the opposing post and has quick hands for disrupting the passing lane in the middle of the court. She’ll look to build off last year and help Lisbon remain at the top of a tough Region 1. [player_tooltip player_id="207711" first="Isabel" last="Anderson"] - Oak Grove Lutheran - (5’4/SG/2022) - Anderson has good court awareness and leadership capabilities. She’s a solid one-on-one defender occasionally guarding the other team’s best guard. She was able to snag nearly 2 steals a game while also leading Grovers in scoring at 7.6 points per game. [player_tooltip player_id="211392" first="Genevieve" last="Gruba"] - Enderlin - (5’9/PF/2023) - Gruba is a real junkyard dog. She has great upper body strength and footwork which helped her play a huge part in almost every offensive and defensive rebound for Enderlin. She averaged nearly 10 rebounds and 8 points last year. She’ll more than likely be the Eagle’s go-to scorer come next year with the graduation of top scorer [player_tooltip player_id="199893" first="Katelyn" last="Tingley"].
