Nya Smith
Smith is a 5’9 Freshman Shooting Guard from Hazen High School, who is scoring 17.5 points per game and adding 4.5 rebounds. With a undefeated record Smith has helped her team in big ways. She is a knock down shooter, but can also play around the rim. Using her athletic ability on both ends of the floor she is a tough competitor.
Vida Rack
Rack is a 6’0 Freshman from Nathan Hale High school, who is scoring 12 points per game and adding 5 rebounds. Being in a very competitive conference Rack has showed she belongs on the court as a freshman. Scoring a season high of 24 points and 12 rebounds, and helping her team by doing all the little things. She plays at a very high level and know how to put herself in a good position. She need to work on ball protection but she has 3 more years to learn and grows, I see her being someone to watch.
Lyla Kahrimanovic
Kahrimanovic is a 6’0 Freshman from Northcreek High School, who is scoring 10 points per game and grabbing 8.4 rebounds. Although Northcreek has had a disappointing season Kahrimanovic showed so much potential that this team has a bright future. As one of the leading freshman scorers and rebounders you can see how much she loves the game. Her length and athletic ability make her tough for any defender to guard. She will continue to work hard in the off season and have a great high school career.
Jaidan Bernard
Bernard is a 6’1 Freshman from Spanaway Lake High School, who is grabbing 12.2 rebound a game and has a season high of 17. Bernard has not found her rhythm yet offensively, she has kept her shot attempts low but loves to crash the boards. Once she gains that confidence there will be no stopping her. She is already doing the little thing to help her team and plays her role very well. She hustles for every rebound and is constantly putting herself it great potions to protect the rim. Grabbing 12 rebounds a game is not easy but she makes it look very easy.
