Saniah Tyler commits to Kentucky

Standout point guard [player_tooltip player_id="162388" first="Saniah" last="Tyler"] of Incarnate Word Academy has given a commitment to the University of Kentucky. A 5’7” point guard, Tyler is currently the No. 1 player in the latest Prep Girls Hoops rankings in the Class of 2022. She made her announcement on her Instagram account on Thursday afternoon. Tyler has led IWA to back to back Final Four appearances in the state tournament. As a junior, she averaged 12.7 points, 3.2 rebounds, 5.3 assists and 2.2 steals in leading the Red Knights to a 29-0 record and the Class 6 state championship. Tyler spent the summer grassroots season playing for the Lady Brad Beal Elite 17U squad.
