Enjoy this look at Team #7 players from the Sunday, October 3, PGH Top 250 Exposure Event at Hy-Vee Arena, Kansas City, Missouri. The evaluations of all ten teams are blends of notes from my colleagues Earl Austin, Phillipe McCree, and me. This squad produced three players who were selected to the <a href="https://prepgirlshoops.com/2021/10/kansas-city-2021-pgh-top-250-expo-all-event-team/">all-event team</a> in [player_tooltip player_id="335922" first="KaMyra" last="Barber"], [player_tooltip player_id="93974" first="Emajin" last="McCallop"], and [player_tooltip player_id="231273" first="Aleah" last="Moree"].
[player_tooltip player_id="335922" first="KaMyra" last="Barber"], 5'9", PG, Sunshine Christian Academy, 2025 - Phillipe - <span data-sheets-value="{"1":2,"2":"Had a nice behind the back move to the basket. Was looking to attack in transition. Tracked down offensive boards and played physical. Beauty 1-on-1 crossover, reverse scoop, right hand layup on the left side from a free throw line defended drive. Great match-up with [player_tooltip player_id="294930" first="Jada" last="Hopson"] of Derby, just a bit more polished and complete than Hopson.</span>

Fast with the ball. Slick right to left mid-lane basket attack with half scoop.
[player_tooltip player_id="254695" first="Elaina" last="Lobaugh"], 5'4", CG, The Barstow School (MO), 2024 - Lobaugh was among the top shooters on the day. Really liked a quick catch and jump shoot three ball that caught nothing but net.
[player_tooltip player_id="93974" first="Emajin" last="McCallop"], 5'8", PG, Bishop Miege (KS), 2022 - Phillipe - <span data-sheets-value="{"1":2,"2":"Deadly in isolation from the top of the key. Photo: Prep Girls Hoops.[/caption][player_tooltip player_id="231273" first="Aleah" last="Moree"], 6'2", C, Winfield (KS), 2024 - Terrific turnaround contested 10' jumper off dribble. Post move top of lane to step by opponent for athletic layin. Looks to follow offensive rebounds. Tendency to force offensive play once decide on a move. Footwork is very good. Earl - A very talented 2024 low post player who has excellent skills and fundamentals around the basket. She has good footwork and good mobility in the lane and she can score on a variety of moves. She has a nice shooting touch inside and she can score with either hand. I like the patience that she exhibited inside when she catches the ball. She can also hit a 3-pointer off the catch.
[player_tooltip player_id="335948" first="Gabby" last="Rose"], 5'5", CG, Liberty North (MO), 2024 - Rose is a very good mid-range shooter who is also a solid three-ball threat. She puts up a soft, arching shot and get it off in flow and at times very quickly. Still building in the speed department, she keeps her head up in transition and makes good passes to teammates to finish.

Photo: Prep Girls Hoops.[/caption][player_tooltip player_id="335941" first="Kiera" last="Ross"], 5'3", CG, Oak Park (MO), 2025 - Ross showed quickness and competitiveness on both ends of the floor. Able to handle the ball in transition at speed.
[player_tooltip player_id="335965" first="Monece" last="Thomas"], 5'6", CG, Leavenworth (KS), 2023 - Thomas has a solid build and showed consistent athleticism. She hustled back well on defense against run-out plays and had awareness to pick off the leading pass. She is also able to absorb contact on finishes.
