1.East Clarendon HS (Turbeville) - The Lady Wolverines have <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="124090" first="Talaysia" last="Cooper"]</strong> and Veteran Head Coach Perry Stokes. Cooper has been a fixture on the varsity roster since the 7th grade. The Wolverines will run away with the region.
2.CE Murray HS - Can the Lady War Eagles play spoiler this season ? Who plays for 2nd place ?
3.Scott’s Branch HS (Summerton) - The Lady Eagles look to rebuild with some good pieces this season.
4.Carvers Bay HS - The Lady Bears will fight for a playoff spot this season.
5.Hemingway HS - The Lady Tigers will rely on 8th grade sensation <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="257992" first="Teonna" last="Draughn"]</strong>.

Cooper enters her senior season with 2,460 career points (would of been more but cut short due to Covid-19 last season). Talaysia has narrowed it down to Florida State, Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee for her services next season. Cooper is ranked #2 in the Palmetto State 2022 Class. Cooper has her own way against opponents especially in region play over the years.

Whack is a great compliment from Cooper’s creative passing and unselfish play at times. Liberty averaged a double-double last season at 16.8 ppg and 10.7 rebounds for the Lady Wolverines.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="258139" first="Hayden" last="White"] (2024) - East Clarendon HS </strong>
White also excels on the softball diamond for the Lady Wolverines, White is a great 3rd option for Head Coach Perry Stokes every night in the lineup. Hayden averaged 10.9 ppg and 5.2 rebounds last season.

CyAsia at times was a one person wrecking crew for the Lady War Eagles last season. Singletary a guard will look to lead a very young team this season.

Geathers transferred into the the Choppee Community this past fall after attending nearby Georgetown HS. Geathers saw good minutes last season for the Lady Bulldogs as freshman. Jerchel can step-out to the elbow and knockdown a jumper or play with her back to the basket. Geathers is determined to be a player with a good work ethic for the Lady Bears.

<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="257992" first="Teonna" last="Draughn"] (2026) - Hemingway HS </strong>
The future of basketball in the Palmetto State and Lady Tigers basketball. Teonna contributed a lot last season as a 7th grader on varsity. Draughn plays the game very mature for her age already and really brings some craftiness to the hardwood. Teonna has the ability to create her own shot and make buckets in a real hurry at times.
The Scott’s Branch HS Lady Eagles will rely on a trio to help them make some noise this season. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="175337" first="Rosandra" last="Bennett"],</strong> <strong>Keonna Felder</strong> and <strong>Key’Nyreia Butler</strong>. This trio provided for 20 ppg last season for Head Coach Lucinda Stukes. Scott’s Branch won a Class 1A State Championship back in 2019.
